I understand the power of words and feel we should share our words and our stories because we never know who needs to hear exactly what we have to say.

Who knows, maybe I will publish an individual book soon - I have been harboring some ideas for many years.

My husband (of 30+ years) and I live on a small ranch in central Texas. My love of animals is only exceeded by my love for family. Together, we have two grown children, their spouses, and five grandchildren. Family time is the highlight of my day, week, month, and year!

When not involved with my family or animals, I enjoy reading, working in my flower beds, and swimming. To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee, is my all-time favorite book, closely followed by Before We Were Yours, by Lisa Wingate.
